Louie is a former professional boxer, he has a record of 19-3, fighting the likes of Hector Camacho and defeated Hall of Fame Trainer Freddie Roach. Louie has made a name for himself as a trainer or champions, having trained former Jr Middleweight Champion Austin Trout and former Women’s World Champion, Jennifer Hann.

In the boxing community for 30 years, I do media for Matchroom, DAZN Top Rank and Golden Boy. I’m a licensed matchmaker for New Mexico and Nevada and a nurse and official for USA Boxing
David Finger
David Finger has been a long time feature writer for the top boxing website Fightnews.com, having covered fights since 2001. Since then he has been ringside for fights all across the globe, and has reported on hundreds of world title fights. He is also the author of the book “Rocky Lives: A History of Heavyweight Upsets in the 1990s”. Finger relocated to New Mexico in 2008 an has been a contributor for Boxingnewmexico.com since 2024. He lives in Carlsbad with his wife and daughter.
